Great rotating goodies! You can tell each pastry is a labor of love. Delish coffee. Beautiful storefront as well (I love the little birdies painted on the walls) with market items and seating. Excited to return!

From Lino Patisserie is an absolute gem!Everything we tried was outstanding. The pastries were beautifully made, fresh, and full of flavor. The croissants had that perfect crisp, flaky exterior with buttery layers inside, and every pastry looked just as incredible as it tasted. The café itself is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed, with a fun, artistic atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Pair that with excellent coffee and friendly service, and it’s an easy five-star experience. We’ll definitely be back to work our way through the rest of the pastry case. Highly recommend if you’re looking for exceptional pastries and a great local café.

I could taste the quality and freshness in each item. 10/10. While on the more pricey side, it’s absolutely worth it and doesn’t compare to any generic pastries anywhere else. The shop is very cute, welcoming staff and nicely decorated in a quiet neighborhood; perfect spot to hang out. The guava pastry is to die for!!! Check out their website/mission/story, very inspiring and love to support! Can’t wait to come back.

We drove 1 hour and 45 minutes and this panaderia was the entire reason we visited Bethlehem, and I would gladly make the drive again. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and full of life. The staff was incredibly friendly, even with a steady line of customers coming through the door. My advice: get there early if you want the best selection because the goodies go fast. Everything looked so incredible that I ended up taking one of everything on their shelves. No regrets. What impressed me most was the creativity. The flavor combinations were unique, thoughtful, and beautifully executed. Every pastry felt intentional, with quality ingredients and craftsmanship shining through in every bite. It’s rare to find a place that is both creative and consistent, but from lino delivers on both. An easy 10/10. If you’re considering making the trip, do it. Some places live up to the hype. From Lino Panaderia surpasses it!!

A sweet little neighborhood gem! I got a variety of pastries to take home for my family to try and everything was delicious. I particularly appreciate that many of the pastries are sourdough because they're easier for me to digest. All three items to the left of my photo are sourdough and they were airy, light, chewy and delicious! We loved the chocolate cookies with marshmallow, pretzel, and salt. We also really loved the walnut cardamom cookies and the rosemary cookies. They're like shortbread and savory but sweet and it's a perfect balance. I also had a hot chocolate and the chocolate syrup is housemade and not overly sweet; fantastic! I also really appreciate their focus on community, local items, and environmentally friendly packaging. I can't wait to stop back in!
